Mantuvimos la base de malta simple para dar todo el protagonismo a uno de nuestros nuevos lúpulos favoritos: ¡Zappa! Otro lúpulo Neo-Mexicana (de la misma familia que Sabro, Talus y HBC 472). Espera aromas tropicales con notas de maracuyá, menta, frutas tropicales maduras y Fruity Pebbles, todo mezclado y equilibrado con toques cítricos de Amarillo e Idaho 7.

Poured it into a tulip glass and the hop aroma hit me before I even got my nose close — that Crosby hop lineup is seriously loud. It’s dangerously easy to drink for 8%, and the finish stays juicy instead of turning bitter. Definitely the best one in the series so far.
