ELG Gin No. 1 ist ein kristallklarer Allround-Gin. Er basiert auf Wacholderbeeren, Koriandersamen und dänischen Karotten. Der Geschmack wird von der Note der Wacholderbeeren dominiert. 

Konzipiert als perfekter Mixer für viele verschiedene Cocktails, kann man ihn aber auch pur oder „on the rocks“ genießen. Er harmoniert mit den meisten Tonic Wässern zu einem klassischen Gin Tonic. Der G&T ist aufgrund der großen Menge an Wacholderbeeren opaleszent.

I usually stick to London dry gins, but the coriander and Danish carrots give this one a clean, slightly earthy finish that works surprisingly well in a Negroni. The juniper is definitely front and center, so the classic gin character is still there — it's just smoother than my usual bottle.
