Aromatische Noten von Vanille, Karamell-Schokoladen-Fudge und gebackenen Früchten. Geschmacksnoten von süßer Vanille, in Cognak eingelegten Rosinen und Karamell-Schokoladen-Fudge.

Wie der Name schon sagt, wurde der Rum abschließend in gebrauchten Bierfässern von Mikkellers beliebtem Bier Vanilla Shake gelagert, deren Fässer Vanille-, Kaffee- und Malznoten aus der Lagerzeit des Bieres verströmen. Zuvor wurde der auf Melasse basierende Rum in Guatemalas tropischem Klima in gebrauchten Bourbonfässern gelagert.
