V rámci nejnovějšího dílu pokračující série REPEATER od PS se rozhodli vytvořit kávový gin s neobvyklým profilem chuti. Za tímto účelem se spojili s dlouholetými přáteli z Chicaga, Dark Matter Coffee, a německým ginovým kardinálem Heiko Hoosem.

DMC poskytla některá ze svých úžasných kávových zrn Cautai z Guatemaly, fermentovaných bavorským pšeničným kvasnicemi, která Heiko následně dovedně destiloval ve své laboratoři v Karlsruhe, přičemž proces testování a vylaďování byl náročný, ale zábavný.
