在PS持續推出的REPEATER系列最新作品中，他們致力於打造一款風味獨特的咖啡琴酒。為此，他們與來自芝加哥的長期合作夥伴Dark Matter Coffee，以及德國琴酒大師Heiko Hoos攜手合作。
DMC提供了他們以巴伐利亞小麥酵母發酵的瓜地馬拉Cautai咖啡豆，Heiko隨後在卡爾斯魯厄的實驗室中，經過充滿挑戰但有趣的測試與調整過程，巧妙地蒸餾出這款作品。

The coffee notes from Dark Matter really shine through—it's got that rich, roasty depth you'd expect from a Chicago roaster. Mixed with the gin's botanicals, it's surprisingly smooth on its own over ice. Definitely my new go-to for a lazy evening sipper.
I poured it over a big ice cube after dinner and the coffee note from the Dark Matter collaboration really comes through without being bitter. It’s smooth enough to sip neat, which I wasn’t expecting from a gin.
The coffee and gin combo is genuinely clever—Dark Matter’s beans give it a roasty depth that plays nicely with the botanicals. Poured it over ice with a twist of orange peel, and it was the smoothest spirit I’ve had in months.
