En i en serie av blandkultur-saisoner som jästs i rostfritt stål, blandats med en del ekfatslagrad öl och infuserats med olika botaniska ingredienser. Denna gång med lokalt insamlad vild kamomill, även känd som ananaskamomill. Förpackad på burk för att avnjutas färsk och livlig. Buteljerad med lokal råhonung för en naturlig kolsyra.

The oak-aged portion really rounds out the stainless steel sharpness, making it feel way more complex than your average wild ale. That locally foraged chamomile comes through on the finish as a soft, floral note that lingers just long enough. I’d grab another bottle if I could.
The pineappleweed gives it this gentle herbal sweetness that plays so nicely against the tart, dry saison body. You can tell the oak aging rounds out the edges without making it heavy, and the wild chamomile lingers on the finish. I’m already reaching for another bottle.
The chamomile comes through bright and floral without turning soapy, and the stainless steel base keeps it crisp while that oak-aged blend rounds out the finish. I cracked one after mowing the lawn and it was exactly the refreshing, complex sipper I wanted.
