Trappist Westvleteren 12 är ett mörkt öl med ett mycket spetsigt vitt skum. Syrlig mörk frukt, russin, karamellsötma, värmande alkohol, tobak och läder. Det bryggs vid det världsberömda Trappistklostret Sint-Sixtus i Westvleteren och har en alkoholhalt på 10,2%.
Detta öl har utsetts till "världens bästa öl".
