Receptet skapades av Bjarke von Holck, som vann den första Malt Stars-tävlingen och fick chansen att brygga sin egen öl. Hans vision var en öl bryggd på lokala ekologiska malter från Gyrup, tallbarr och en belgisk jäst som ger en torr öl med milda fenoler.
Trots den låga alkoholhalten blev det en öl med kraftiga skogsaromer som bärs upp av rustika maltsmaker. En nyfiken öl för unika vinterfunderingar.
