Denna orange fruktbomb är som en drickbar genväg till att lata sig på en terrass på Sicilien under 30 graders sol. Pechillant är vår unika tolkning av mousserande orangevin, fast utan druvor. Istället börjar vi med cider som macereras med persikor och hallon, vilka annars används i surölsproduktion.

Infusionen av persikor och hallon framhäver härliga toner av stenfrukter, kanderad citrus och en mängd bärsmaker. Cidern bidrar med syra och livfullhet, medan en subtil touch av suröl ger en aning bitterhet, vilket resulterar i en blandning som verkligen är i en klass för sig.
