Vi har bryggt den här godingen en gång tidigare, långt innan To Øl City, men vi ville prova den i vårt nya brygghus och se vad vi kunde göra för att skapa en öl som verkligen lyfter fram spannmålet. Det här är en IPA med en rejäl mängd spelt i mäsken, torrhumlad med Simcoe, Amarillo och Idaho Gem för att runda av detta korniga odjur.

The malt really comes through in this one, which is exactly what a grain-forward beer should be. I like that they reworked it in the new brewhouse, and the result feels cleaner and more balanced than the first batch I remember. Easily the best sixer I've grabbed this month.
Picked up a six-pack on a whim and honestly the grain-forward profile is exactly what I was hoping for—it's rich without being heavy, and the freshness from the new brewhouse really comes through. Pairs great with a burger, I'll be grabbing more before it disappears again.
Cracked this open after dinner and the grain bill is doing heavy lifting—toasted, bready, almost like fresh crust. Brewed in the new brewhouse, and you can tell the malt character is cleaner and more defined than the last batch I had years ago.
