Chimay Blue Cap, döpt "Grande Reserve" i 750 ml flaskor, är ett mörkt trappistöl med en kraftfull arom och en komplex smak som förbättras med åren. Det bryggdes första gången som ett julöl av munkarna i Scourmont Abbey 1956. Denna äkta belgiska öl, vars ton av färsk jäst kombineras med en lätt rosig blommig touch, är särskilt njutbar.
