#14 DIPA fortsätter vår experimentserie — med saftiga, tropiska och lätt blommiga toner. Den här gången ville bryggarna se vad en blandning av vete och ris skulle göra för kroppen och drickbarheten hos ölet, och de lyckades med ytterligare en vinnare som är lätt att smutta på.
The wheat and rice combo really does something interesting for the mouthfeel—it's lighter than most double IPAs but still packs that juicy, tropical punch. Definitely a solid pick for a hot evening when you want something hoppy without feeling weighed down.
Opened one after mowing the lawn and the tropical notes hit right away, with a soft floral edge that kept it interesting. The wheat and rice blend gives it a surprisingly smooth body that goes down easy for a DIPA. Definitely grabbing another four-pack before this series rotates out.
