This IPA is based on our Stereo Mono recipe and features Citra and Idaho 7. Rather than just putting loads of Citra hops in the whirlpool, we're introducing Yakima Chief's new Citra hop extract called YCH 702 DynaBoost™, which has 10 times the flavor of T90 pellets. We are one of three breweries in Europe participating in Yakima Chief's launch of the product, so get your hands on this unique IPA.

Opened this expecting another standard IPA, but that Citra hop extract in the whirlpool gives it a smooth, almost creamy bitterness that I didn't expect. The Idaho 7 adds a nice fruity kick on the finish that keeps me coming back for another sip.
