We've been perfecting this pale ale in our To Øl City brewhouse, tweaking it just the way we want it before releasing it back into the wild. Five hops create the constellation: Citra, Ekuanot, Azacca, Simcoe, and Idaho 7. Expect tropical fruit explosions, citrus zest, and pine resin that hits just right.
Opened one after a long week and the Citra really pops upfront, then the Ekuanot and Azacca smooth it out on the finish. It's dangerously easy to drink for a pale ale, and the carbonation feels just right. Already planning to grab another four-pack.
The five-hop blend really comes through—Citra gives it that juicy pop while the Azacca and Ekuanot keep the finish dry and crisp. Cracking one after a long hike hit the spot perfectly, and the balance makes it dangerously easy to have another.
