Here we have loads of Black currants and the delicious citrus fruit Yuzu, which together with sweet vanilla adds the flavors to the full-bodied sour beer.

The color alone is worth the pour—deep ruby with a fluffy pink head that looks almost too pretty to drink. That vanilla isn't shy either, it rounds out the tart blackcurrant bite into something dangerously smooth. Finished my glass faster than any sour I've had this month.
The yuzu really cuts through the blackcurrant sweetness, and the vanilla rounds it all out without making it heavy. I could drink this on a hot afternoon and still want another one.
That deep purple pour is honestly gorgeous, and the black currant hits first before the yuzu brings this bright, tart zing that keeps it refreshing. The vanilla softens the sourness just enough to make it dangerously easy to finish the whole bottle.
