Easter comes once a year. So does this beer. A crystal-clear IPA with caramalt sweetness, Vienna malt biscuit, and a full volley of Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe — citrus, pine, spring air in a can 🐣

The Amarillo and Simcoe combo really delivers that pine-and-citrus punch, and the caramalt sweetness keeps it dangerously drinkable for 7%. Picked up a case for Easter and it didn't make it to Monday.
That malt backbone is what sets this apart for me—the biscuit sweetness balances the citrusy hops so well it's almost like a breakfast beer. Poured it for Easter brunch and the piney aroma filled the whole kitchen.
The hop bouquet hits you right away—citrus and pine all over—but it’s the clean, biscuity finish that keeps me coming back for another pour. Crystal clear, too, which just makes the whole thing feel brighter.
