Making a delicious IPA for the select few of Santa’s elves (Nisse) that cannot tolerate gluten does seem very niche, but what can we say, we’re big on inclusion.
I've got a buddy with celiac who usually misses out on good beer, so this gluten-free IPA was a total win. It's got that proper hoppy bite without skimping on flavor, which is rare for a gluten-free option. He's already asking me to order more for our next game night.
