ELG Gin No. 1 is a crystal clear all-round gin. It is based on juniper berries, coriander seeds, and Danish Carrots. The taste is dominated by the flavor of the juniper berries. 

Designed to be the perfect mixer for many different cocktails, but you can also drink it neat, or “on the rocks”. It goes well with most tonic waters to create a classic gin and tonic. The G and T are opalescent due to the large amount of juniper berries.

I usually stick to London dry gins, but the coriander and Danish carrots give this one a clean, slightly earthy finish that works surprisingly well in a Negroni. The juniper is definitely front and center, so the classic gin character is still there — it's just smoother than my usual bottle.
