The strawberry and yuzu combo hits that perfect balance of tart and sweet, and the coconut water makes it feel way smoother than most sours I've tried. Poured it out thick and hazy, exactly what I hoped for.
Coconut water in a sour is such a wild move, and it actually works—it keeps the tartness from being too sharp while the strawberry stays juicy. The texture is thicker than your average sour, almost smoothie-like, and it drinks dangerously easy.
The strawberry and yuzu hit upfront, but what really got me was how thick and smooth it pours—almost like juice. That coconut water definitely does something special to the mouthfeel, and it's tart without being punishing. I'd grab another can if I could.
