ELG Gin No. 1 er en krystallklar allround-gin. Den er basert på einerbær, korianderfrø og danske gulrøtter. Smaken domineres av einerbærene. 

Designet for å være den perfekte mikseren til mange forskjellige cocktailer, men du kan også drikke den ren eller «on the rocks». Den passer godt til de fleste tonic-vann for å lage en klassisk gin og tonic. G og T er opaliserende på grunn av den store mengden einerbær.

I usually stick to London dry gins, but the coriander and Danish carrots give this one a clean, slightly earthy finish that works surprisingly well in a Negroni. The juniper is definitely front and center, so the classic gin character is still there — it's just smoother than my usual bottle.
