Duftnoter av vanilje, karamell-sjokoladefudge og bakt frukt. Smaksnoter av søt vanilje, cognac-marinerte rosiner og karamell-sjokoladefudge.

Som navnet antyder, har rommen til slutt blitt lagret på brukte ølfat fra Mikkellers populære øl, Vanilla Shake, hvis fat utstråler vanilje-, kaffe- og maltnoter fra ølets lagringstid. Tidligere har rommen, basert på melasse, blitt brukt på brukte bourbonfat i Guatemalas tropiske klima.
