Pale ale (gemaakt met een glutenreductie door een enzym genaamd brewers clarex) met Citra, Ekuanot, Azacca, Simcoe, Idaho 7.
We hebben dit brouwsel nu gebrouwen in onze To Øl City brouwerij, en het precies zo aangepast als we wilden voordat we het weer de wereld in sturen. Een India Pale Ale, dry gehopped met Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe.
Oh, en het heeft een zeer laag glutengehalte!
The hop lineup here is a hophead’s dream—Citra and Idaho 7 come through juicy up front, with Simcoe adding a nice resinous bite at the finish. Even with the gluten enzyme, the body feels full and the haze holds up beautifully.
I wasn't expecting the gluten reduction to be this seamless, but the body stays full and smooth while the Citra and Idaho 7 bring that bright, juicy finish. Poured it for a friend who usually avoids pale ales and he went back for a second glass.
That hop lineup is a serious punch of citrus and pine, and the Clarex treatment means I can share a round without the bloat. The body stays surprisingly full for something this easy to drink, which keeps me coming back for another can.
