Elk jaar, wanneer we ons in deze chaos van gemengde fermentatie storten, herinneren we onszelf eraan: "Wees niet saai!" Rainbow Child, onze gekke hybride cider, kent maar één grens: het moet elementen van bier, wijn en cider bevatten.

In 2020 brachten we een wilde symfonie van ciderappels, eetappels, Solaris-druiven (met een 14-daagse maceratie) en een royale toevoeging van Citra-hop tot leven. Maar dat is nog niet alles - een koude maceratie met vlierbloesem gaf een heerlijke kruidige en bloemige twist, wat resulteerde in een betoverende wijn/cider/bier hybride. Het is de belichaming van plezier, serieusheid en het verleggen van grenzen.
