Dit is onze nieuwe interpretatie van een heldere IPA, gebrouwen om echt de toon te zetten! Een basis van gerst met caramout en Vienna geeft een lichte kleur, een vleugje zoetheid en een zachte biscuitachtige rand, terwijl de hop voorop en duidelijk blijft.

The caramel and Vienna malts give it this soft biscuit sweetness that balances the hops perfectly, so it's not just another bitter bomb. Poured a light golden color and went down way too fast on a warm evening, that caramalt really does the trick.
The hop character really takes center stage here, but that soft biscuit edge from the caramalt keeps it from feeling too sharp. Poured it for friends who usually avoid IPAs and they kept coming back for refills. Light color, clean finish, exactly what I want when I'm craving something crisp.
