Bale Breaker와의 콜라보레이션 브루입니다. Bale Breaker 워싱턴 주 야키마 밸리에 있는 양조장입니다. 홉 농부 중 한 명이 소유한 양조장으로, 홉 밭 한가운데에 위치해 있습니다. 우리는 이 맥주에 그들의 농장(Loftus Ranch)에서 재배한 홉을 사용합니다.
이 맥주는 모던 웨스트 코스트 IPA로, 기존 웨스트 코스트 스타일보다 드라이하고 가벼우며, 여전히 눈에 띄는 쓴맛을 가지고 있습니다. 하지만 홉 프로필은 모자이크와 크러시 홉을 블렌딩하여 기존의 캐스케이드와 치누크에서 느껴지는 자몽/소나무 향보다는 열대 과일과 덩크한 방향에 더 치중하고 있습니다.
The can design caught my eye first, but the brew itself is what keeps me coming back for another pour. You can really taste the Yakima Valley influence in that bright, resinous hop profile without it being overly bitter. Clean finish that makes it dangerously easy to drink.
The Pacific Northwest hop character really shines through—you can tell the Yakima Valley fruit was grown with care. It’s crisp, a little dank, and balances that juicy bitterness without being heavy. I’m already grabbing another four-pack.
The hop character is ridiculously fresh—you can tell it comes straight from the Yakima Valley fields. It drinks smooth but with that nice bitter bite that makes you want another sip immediately.
