That first pour hit my nose before the glass even settled—Talus hops really do put out some amazing aromas, all juicy and piney at once. It's a DDH single hop done right, easy to drink but with enough depth to keep you coming back for another can.
The Talus hops really shine here—that single-hop focus gives off such a clean, almost floral aroma that I couldn't stop sniffing the glass before the first sip. It's a solid DDH brew that's lived up to the hype for me.
The third pour finally landed and honestly it was worth the wait — that Talus hop aroma jumps right out of the glass, all bright and citrusy. It's easily the most expressive single-hop beer I've had in a while.
