This a beautiful light and crisp Lager with the balanced edition of Lime Leaves and Artic Thyme. The name is short hand for 'Never Enough Lime Leaves' due to our joint love for Lime Leaves in food and drink.
Brewed in Copenhagen by To Øl CPH at BRUS with our lovely crew at Frontaal Brewing Co from Holland.
That herbal thyme note sneaks in right at the end and makes the whole thing taste more complex than your average lager. It's been my go-to for warm evenings on the patio, and the lime leaves keep it feeling light without any bitterness.
The lime leaves give it such a refreshing kick, and the Arctic thyme adds this earthy note I wasn’t expecting from a lager. It’s genuinely light and crisp, perfect for a warm evening when you want something that doesn’t weigh you down. I’ve already got a second six-pack on the way.
I cracked one open after mowing the lawn and that Arctic Thyme really comes through on the finish—it's such a clean, refreshing contrast to the lime. The body is featherlight, exactly what I want when it's hot out, and it went down almost too fast.
