저희 스테레오 모노 시리즈의 목표는 홉이 중심에 서게 하는 것입니다. 그래서 이 맥주의 베이스는 페일 몰트, 밀 몰트, 치트 몰트, 플레이크 오트, 그리고 약간의 멜라노이딘을 사용하여 홉 아로마를 위한 최대한 깨끗한 캔버스를 만들면서도, 홉의 쓴맛을 균형 있게 잡아줄 약간의 바디를 유지합니다. 복숭아, 망고, 블루베리, 그리고 시트러스 향이 가득한 쥬시하고 신선한 IPA를 선보입니다.
The tropical and citrusy punch hits the second you pour, and that piney backbone keeps it from being one-note. It’s dangerously smooth for something with this much hop character, so I’m already grabbing another can.
Cracked one open after mowing the lawn and that piney edge on the back end is exactly what I wanted—the tropical notes lead but it finishes clean and bitter enough to remind you it's a real beer. Can see myself grabbing another sixer for the weekend.
The tropical and citrus aromas hit right away, and there's just enough of that slight pine to keep it interesting. Definitely the juiciest beer I've cracked open this month.
