새롭고 개선된 IPA by Stigbergets 브루어리의 이 IPA는 가볍고 청량하며, 아름답게 황금빛으로 맑습니다. 향은 신선하고 소나무 향과 시트러스 향이 느껴집니다. 한 모금 마시면 홉이 다가옵니다(Citra, Galaxy, Enigma). 가벼운 시트러스, 소나무, 자몽, 그리고 끝에 약간의 흙 향이 느껴집니다. 베이스는 청량하고 약간 달콤하여 끝의 길지만 부드러운 쓴맛과 균형을 이룹니다.
완벽한 IPA, 홉의 풍미가 있지만 너무 강하지 않습니다.
That first sip genuinely caught me off guard with how bold the hops come through, and the pour is so clear and golden it looks almost too pretty to drink. It's crisp and light enough that I finished the can before I even realized it, with that piney citrus bite lingering just right.
The citrus and pine on the nose comes through exactly as described, and that first sip really does hit you with those hops. Crisp and light, it went down almost too easily on a warm evening.
