I poured it and honestly just stared at the head for a moment—it’s so massive it defies logic. The bourbon and port barrels both come through in layers, and it’s dangerously smooth for something this heavy.

The pour alone is an event—this thing sits in the glass like it’s daring you to find the bottom. The bourbon comes through first, then that port sweetness sneaks in on the finish, and I’m still trying to wrap my head around how it doesn’t collapse under its own weight.
