The wheat base gives it that bready, almost creamy mouthfeel, but the finish is so crisp it keeps me reaching for the next sip. Perfect for a long afternoon in the sun.
The honey note comes through just enough to round out the wheat without making it sweet, and it finishes clean and dry. Crisp, fruity, and dangerously easy to drink on a warm evening.
Poured it into a tall glass and that wheat backbone really comes through, giving it a smooth body that still finishes crisp. The local honey adds just a touch of sweetness without making it heavy, and the fruity note keeps it refreshing on a hot afternoon. Definitely my new go-to blonde ale.
