저희 To Øl City에서 출시한 1000번째 배치입니다. 그래서 당연히 파티 모자를 쓰고 축하하고 싶었죠. 이 IPA는 실제로 1.000의 비중으로 마무리되어 만족스럽게 드라이한 IPA입니다. 깨끗한 몰트 빌과 라거 효모로 양조했지만, 콜럼버스, 센테니얼, 할라타우 블랑 & 시트라 홉으로 에일처럼 홉핑했습니다.
Cracked this open after a long week and the dry finish at 1.000 gravity is exactly what I wanted—clean, crisp, and no cloying sweetness. Went down almost too easy for 1000th batch, but that's a good problem.
