이 IPA는 네오멕시카누스 홉의 맛있는 코코넛과 우디한 노트를 선보이기 위해 설계되었습니다. 우리는 양조장에서 이 홉을 몇 가지 새로운 방식으로 사용했습니다. 먼저 매쉬에 일부를 넣고, 두 번째로 녹아웃 전에 발효조에 일부를 넣었습니다. 이 모든 과정은 풍미를 더욱 강렬하게 끌어내기 위해 고안되었습니다. 그리고 드라이 홉 과정에서 코코넛 플레이크를 약간 추가하여 진짜 코코넛의 본질을 강화했습니다.

I was skeptical about coconut in an IPA, but the woody notes from those neo-mexicanus hops come through beautifully without being sweet. The mash addition gives it a depth I’ve never tasted in another beer.
That woody note from the neo-mexicanus hops is front and center, like cracking open a fresh cedar box. I've had plenty of IPAs, but the coconut comes through so cleanly on the finish, it's honestly a little wild.
The mash addition really brings out something smooth and layered here, not just the usual hop bite. I’ve never tasted coconut tones this clearly in an IPA before, and the woody finish lingers just right. Definitely grabbing another pack next time.
