우리의 #-DIPA 시리즈 6번째 버전은 모든 Crosby 홉으로 양조한 진짜 괴물입니다. 이번에는 몰트 빌을 단순하게 유지하여 우리가 새로 좋아하는 홉 중 하나인 Zappa에 모든 빛을 주었습니다! 또 다른 네오-멕시카나 홉(사브로, 탈루스, HBC 472와 같은 계열)으로, 열대 과일 향과 패션프루트, 민트, 열대의 잘 익은 과일, 그리고 프루티 페블스의 향이 기대됩니다. 이 모든 것이 어우러져 아마릴로와 아이다호 7의 감귤류 향과 균형을 이룹니다.
Poured it into a tulip glass and the hop aroma hit me before I even got my nose close — that Crosby hop lineup is seriously loud. It’s dangerously easy to drink for 8%, and the finish stays juicy instead of turning bitter. Definitely the best one in the series so far.
