The fizz is razor-sharp but the body stays surprisingly creamy—exactly what I’d want from a pilsner that’s trying something bold. Almost too easy to drink, gone in fifteen minutes.
Poured it into a tulip glass and the head lingered way longer than most light beers I've tried. That dry, crisp finish makes it dangerously easy to keep sipping on a warm evening.
The collaboration angle really shows—it tastes like the brewers actually geeked out over the yeast profile and hop schedule instead of phoning in another standard lager. I’m genuinely impressed by how the pilsner base still shines through while the extra layers keep it interesting.
