Ogni anno, quando ci immergiamo in questo caos di fermentazione mista, ci ricordiamo: "Non essere noiosi!" Rainbow Child, il nostro folle sidro ibrido, non conosce confini tranne uno: deve racchiudere elementi di birra, vino e sidro.

Nel 2020, abbiamo scatenato una sinfonia selvaggia di mele da sidro, mele da tavola, uve Solaris (con una macerazione di 14 giorni) e una generosa infusione di luppoli Citra. Ma non è tutto: una macerazione a freddo con fiori di sambuco ha aggiunto un delizioso tocco erbaceo e floreale, dando vita a un ibrido ipnotizzante tra vino, sidro e birra. È l'emblema del divertimento, della serietà e del superare i limiti.
