Double Theory è una Double IPA audace, leggermente velata e con una grande energia da DIPA. Ricca di note fruttate, erbacee e resinose, mette in mostra il dinamico trio di luppoli Zappa, Idaho 7 e Cascade Cryo, che si fondono in un finale molto rotondo ed equilibrato.

The haze is exactly what I want in a DIPA—thick enough to coat the glass but still drinks dangerously smooth for 8%+. That grassy bite from the Cascade Cryo really cuts through the fruity sweetness on the finish.

I’m usually a haze-hunter, so when the hops are this tight and piney I get suspicious, but the Idaho 7 really shows with a juicy pop that lands clean. The mouthfeel is soft enough for a DIPA and it drinks way smoother than the 8% suggests. Just picked up a second four-pack to see if it holds up acro
