Three-Headed Cod ist eine jährliche Kollaboration mit Stigbergets und Crosby Hops. Wie die meisten NEIPAs von Stigbergets besticht auch dieses Bier durch ein hopfenbetontes, tropisches Aroma und einen dezent süßen Geschmack. Es ist saftig und fruchtig.
Hopfen: Crosby El Dorado, Strata & Triumph.
Poured it into a glass and the haze was perfect, and that hop-forward tropical nose carried through to a sip that finishes way sweeter than I expected for the style. Bottle disappeared faster than I’d like to admit.
