The lemon and lime hit upfront, then that soft melon finish lingers just long enough to make you want another sip. It’s easily the most aromatic single hop IPA I’ve tried recently, and the balance is spot on.
That melon note really comes through on the finish, which I wasn't expecting from an IPA. Poured it for a friend who usually sticks to lagers and even they were impressed by how smooth it drinks.
The lemon and lime aromas hit right as you pour, but it’s the lingering melon finish that keeps me coming back to the glass. It’s a beautifully aromatic IPA that drinks way smoother than the hop profile suggests.
