Dies ist ein neues saftiges IPA von To Øl, unterstützt durch einige Versuche bei BRUS. Dieses Bier verwendet eine relativ neutrale Hefe, sodass der Hauptfokus auf den Hopfen liegt – eine saftige Kombination aus Ekuanot und Citra, mit Idaho Gem als unterstützendem Partner. Hopfensaft!

The hop combo here is pure juice—Ekuanot and Citra give it that punchy, tropical bite without any harsh bitterness. I cracked one open after dinner and it disappeared way too fast. Perfect for when you want something smooth but still seriously flavorful.
The yeast stays so quiet in this one, letting the hops do all the talking, and that Ekuanot plus citra blend is straight-up tropical. I poured it and the aroma hit me before I even took a sip, juicy without being heavy. Exactly what I want from an IPA.
