Dieses IPA hat tatsächlich einen Endvergärungsgrad von 1.000, was es zu einem angenehm trockenen IPA macht. Gebraut mit einer klaren Malzrezeptur und Lagerhefe, aber gehopft wie ein Ale: mit Columbus, Centennial, Hallertauer Blanc & Citra.
