Dies ist die #09 der DIPA-Serie. Wir verwenden eine ähnliche Malzbasis und denselben Prozess wie bei #08, das eine schöne Körper & Mundgefühl hatte. Wir verwenden die neue experimentelle Hopfensorte HBC 586, die als regelrechter Fruchtsalat beschrieben werden kann und wunderschöne Noten von Mango und Ananas liefert. Amarillo, Idaho 7 und Simcoe wurden ebenfalls verwendet, um diesen Prachtkerl zu kreieren!

That first pour hit different—the hop character from HBC 586 comes through bold and a little dank, but the malt body keeps it balanced. Finished a can before I even thought to check the ABV. Definitely grabbing another four-pack.

The mouthfeel on this one is exactly what I want from a DIPA—full and smooth without being heavy. That HBC 586 hop brings something interesting, almost herbal and dank, that I haven't had in a while. Poured one after dinner and it disappeared fast.
