I den seneste udgave af PS's igangværende REPEATER-serie satte de sig for at skabe en kaffegin med en usædvanlig smagsprofil. For at gøre dette slog de sig sammen med langvarige venner fra Chicago, Dark Matter Coffee, og den tyske gin-mester, Heiko Hoos.

DMC leverede nogle af deres fantastiske Cautai-kaffebønner fra Guatemala, gæret med bayersk hvedegær, som Heiko derefter dygtigt destillerede i sit laboratorium i Karlsruhe efter en udfordrende, men sjov proces med test og justering.
