This is our homage to the fantastic citrus flavors that not only come from the fruit but from the aromatic citrus-style hops we’ve used alongside. As they say, when life hands you lemons that are from the Rutaceae family of East Asian origin, make a Gose.
Tart and sweet in just the right balance, this one's dangerously easy to sip on a warm evening. The citrus comes through clean without ever tipping into cough-syrup territory, and the finish stays refreshing instead of cloying.
The citrus hops give it that aromatic pop, but it's the fruit's tartness that lingers just enough to make me reach for another sip. Cracked one open after mowing the lawn and it hit the spot perfectly.
