Nízkoalkoholické pivo Bière de Table kvašené naším domácím smíšeným kvasným kulturou, zrálo 3 měsíce v dubových sudech a před stáčením bylo za studena chmeleno odrůdou Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. Toto lehce pitelné a jednoduché pivo nabízí pevnou hořkost s mírnou kyselostí. Stáčeno s místním surovým medem pro přirozené sycení.
