Tohle pivo jsme už jednou vařili, ještě předtím, než jsme se přestěhovali do Øl City, ale chtěli jsme mu dát šanci v našem novém pivovaru a zjistit, co můžeme udělat pro to, aby pivo opravdu ukázalo obilí. Toto je IPA s pořádným množstvím špaldy ve sladu, poté chmelená za studena chmelem Simcoe, Amarillo a Idaho Gem, aby toto obilné monstrum bylo dokonalé.

The malt really comes through in this one, which is exactly what a grain-forward beer should be. I like that they reworked it in the new brewhouse, and the result feels cleaner and more balanced than the first batch I remember. Easily the best sixer I've grabbed this month.
Picked up a six-pack on a whim and honestly the grain-forward profile is exactly what I was hoping for—it's rich without being heavy, and the freshness from the new brewhouse really comes through. Pairs great with a burger, I'll be grabbing more before it disappears again.
Cracked this open after dinner and the grain bill is doing heavy lifting—toasted, bready, almost like fresh crust. Brewed in the new brewhouse, and you can tell the malt character is cleaner and more defined than the last batch I had years ago.
