Toto pivo má kořeny v našem kodaňském brewpubu. Zrálo v jednom ze dvou francouzských dubových foederů, které nyní existují v To Øl City. Tmavá mladina byla uvařena v roce 2020 a fermentována spolu s významným množstvím piva, které bylo uvařeno již v roce 2018.
Inspirováno a připomínající belgická piva Oud Bruin a Flanders red ale.

Two years in that French oak did something special—there’s a smooth, almost vanilla-like roundness that you don’t get from standard barrel-aging. Dark and rich, it drinks dangerously easy for something brewed back in 2020. I’m already hunting for another bottle.
