Sladový základ jsme nechali jednoduchý, abychom dali veškerý prostor jednomu z našich nových oblíbených chmelů – Zappa! Další Neo-Mexicana chmel (ze stejné rodiny jako Sabro, Talus a HBC 472). Očekávejte tropická aromata s tóny marakuji, máty, tropického zralého ovoce a Fruity Pebbles – vše promíchané a vyvážené citrusovými tóny z Amarillo & Idaho 7.

Poured it into a tulip glass and the hop aroma hit me before I even got my nose close — that Crosby hop lineup is seriously loud. It’s dangerously easy to drink for 8%, and the finish stays juicy instead of turning bitter. Definitely the best one in the series so far.
