That pinkish-red foam is really pretty in the glass, and the pomegranate comes through tart while the blood orange keeps it from being too sharp. The HBC630 hop adds just enough depth without overpowering the fruit, and it's mostly clear like a proper kettle sour should be.
That pink foam poured up thick and pretty, and the tartness hit just right before the orange sweetness came through. Nice and crisp without being too sharp, exactly what I want from a fruity sour.
The pomegranate and blood orange come through so cleanly, and that pink foam is a nice touch—it poured like a little sunset in the glass. Given how tart sour beers can get, the balance here feels surprisingly smooth, and it stayed crisp to the last sip. Definitely grabbing another pack next time.
