Đêm của những kẻ xâm nhập hop

The bitter backbone from the chinook and centennial hits just right, and that hint of mosaic keeps it interesting without going hazy. Poured a nice pale straw with a solid white head, exactly what I want from a west coast IPA. Cracked one open after mowing the lawn and it was gone way too fast.
That mosaic in the dry hop adds a nice fruity layer on top of all that piney west coast bitterness. The colour is lighter than I expected for an IPA with this much hop character, which is kind of refreshing. Glad I grabbed a four-pack.
That dry hop with the mosaic gives it a sneaky sweetness under all that piney bite, and it pours with just enough haze to keep things interesting without going full juice bomb. Cracked one after mowing the lawn and it was exactly the crisp, bitter reset I needed.
